Sent by 1st class recorded post, will be with you in 1-3 business days. Next working day (orders must be received by 12pm). Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Orders are sent by international courier and tracked, door tracking service, delivery usually within 7 working days.  If you need it by a specific date, please email us to discuss, prior to placing your order.

If you need your jumpsuit the same day, please email us, and we will do our very best to get it to you!

UK Standard Deliveries will arrive by Royal Mail. If you are not present when your jumpsuit arrives, it could be taken to your local sorting office, and a card will be left informing you of where you can go to collect it.

If your jumpsuit is being sent to you in the UK by Express Delivery, it will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not present when it arrives it will be taken to the local depot, and a card will be left informing you of where you can go to obtain it, or to arrange a re-delivery with the courier.

Your delivery will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date where possible. If we think your delivery is going to be late, we will notify you by email. If you wish to receive your order sooner, please email us and we can arrange this at an additional cost.

International Delivery

We deliver to all countries worldwide. If you order products from our site for international delivery your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for any such costs. In certain circumstances international shipping may cost more than the quoted price, if this is the case we will notify you by email before we proceed with your order.

Returns Policy

We hope that you enjoy everything that you order from Rock The Jumpsuit, but if you want to return something, you have 14 working days from the date you receive your delivery, in which to do so. All tags must be attached in order for us to accept your return(s).

We can offer returns on our "Made to Order' collection but we would rather try and fix any issues to get the fit right. If still not happy then we can do a Refund.

All 'Bespoke' Jumpsuits are non-refundable. 

To return an item please fill in the returns form which will have been sent with your order. Please retain the proof of postage in case it goes missing.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. Returns are free for UK residents only.

We will process your refund as soon as possible. We will refund reasonable return costs on any faulty or damaged products. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card (via PayPal) used by you to pay.
